DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
- DAY 1:
- Nairobi - Lake Naivasha
This is where the adventure kicks off! After meeting your friendly expert guide in Nairobi, we’ll set off on a scenic 90-minute drive to Naivasha. Once we’ve arrived, you’ll breeze through the formalities and dive straight into the safari you’ve been dreaming of.
Today, you’ll embark on a thrilling boat ride to Crescent Island, where you’ll walk among wildlife and get up close with hippos and exotic birds. Craving more action? Cycle through the heart of Hell’s Gate National Park or opt for a guided game drive through its stunning landscapes.
Either way, unforgettable moments await!
- DAY 2:
- Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, set off for an unforgettable journey to Lake Nakuru National Park on a guided game drive. Hop into a safari vehicle with your expert guide and embark on a quest to spot the park’s majestic lions, rhinos, flamingos, and more.
Lake Nakuru is a true gem, boasting breathtaking scenery and rare wildlife you won’t find anywhere else—rhinos in abundance, tree-climbing lions, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes.
Keep your eyes peeled for leopards, too—this park promises wildlife encounters at every turn!
- DAY 3:
- Masai Mara Half-Day
Rise early for a scenic 4-hour journey through the Rift Valley en route to the legendary Masai Mara. Once we arrive, we’ll take care of administrative formalities and check you into your hotel.
After a delicious lunch, the real adventure begins! This afternoon, join your expert guide on a thrilling game drive, where you’ll explore the very best of the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Keep your eyes peeled for majestic big cats, elephants, and the many other incredible creatures that call this breathtaking wilderness home. The Masai Mara awaits!
- DAY 4:
- Masai Mara Full Day Game Drive
Get ready for an epic full-day game drive in the Masai Mara, with a special trip to the Mara River if you’re visiting during the migration season. From July to October, millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other animals make their dramatic journey from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara in search of fresh pastures and water.
It’s one of nature’s greatest spectacles! Along the way, you’ll likely spot giraffes, gazelles, impalas, hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, lions, and hippos.
While black rhinos are elusive, keep your eyes sharp—you might just catch a glimpse of one in the distance.
- DAY 5:
- Masai Mara - Nairobi
After breakfast, we’ll check you out of the hotel and embark on a 5 to 6-hour drive back to Nairobi, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel or take you to the airport for your flight home or to your next adventure.
While it’s bittersweet that the journey is coming to an end, we’re certain you’ll leave with a heart full of unforgettable memories.
We hope you’ll carry the magic of this safari with you and join us again for more adventures in the wild someday!

Absolutely, Tanzania is a safe and welcoming destination for travelers. Tanzania’s natural beauty and the warmth of its people make it a fantastic and safe place to visit. The country offers a hospitable environment, especially in tourist areas like Arusha, and you can explore its beautiful landscapes and wildlife with confidence. Local people are friendly, and safety measures, such as keeping an eye on your belongings, are always advisable, just as they would be in any other part of the world.
When you go on a game drive, bring light, airy clothing, sunscreen, binoculars, a camera, and neutral colours. Before the trip, a full Tanzania Safari Packing List is given.

Absolutely, Tanzania is renowned as one of the prime destinations to encounter the Big Five. These magnificent creatures—lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, and buffalo—can be observed in their natural habitats, making Tanzania a preferred choice for wildlife enthusiasts.
Many travelers ask us when the best time is to visit Tanzania. The answer is … there is not one right answer. It depends on what you want to see, where you want to go, your budget, and your interests.
- Dry Season (June to October & December to February): These months are ideal for safaris and beach visits due to the pleasant weather and excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. However, expect higher hotel rates and more crowded parks and attractions.
- Mid-Season (March & November): This period offers a balance of moderate hotel rates and fewer tourists. The weather can be variable, and some attractions might have limited availability (due to rain), but you still get great wildlife sightings and a more relaxed safari experience.
- Wet Season (April & May): Perfect for budget-conscious travelers, the low season features the lowest hotel rates and the least crowded parks. The heavy rains make the scenery vibrant and lush, but travel plans can be affected by the weather.
